Apartment in Sydney Cbd for $260 per week

If anyone is looking for a room in the hart of the city for a few weeks, this might be of interest to you . We have a room available with flexible dates - So just message me and let me know what you are looking for. Depending on dates the room might be available for 1-5 weeks.

Regarding apartment - we have a really nice little place right in the city, modern/clean space. Its just near railway square/Central - Also close to UTS, Ultimo, Broadway, the new Central Park/shopping centre & about 2 mins walking from a big park with Basketball courts, tennis courts, & big swimming pool.

-We're looking for a young easygoing male -Room is for $260 and fully furnished with anything you might need, you could basically arrive with you bag and cloths and you would be fine - 3 bedrooms in the place, 3 people. but chances are most of the time you would only be living with one other guy, because the other roommate is soon to be heading over seas for a while. & You would be in my room.

Its a great place with elevator, washing machine/dryer, dish washer, air con, modern bathroom, and a brilliant! big open roof top bbq area (Perfect place to be in summer on those sunny days ) It is a great pad, only a small place though.

We are really looking for some one that is independent, easy going and tidy.

-No at home musicians -No pets -No couples -No Lazy, sit around on the couch all day type of person
-No Roomshare (room would be to your self)
-Bills are not included, we usually just split them 3 ways

Everyone in house does there own kinda thing, but everyone is really easy going and dont mind having a drink, dinner or BBQ here and there.
