I have 1 room to rent in a 3 bed apartment in a period block. Its 2 seconds away from the beach, 15 mins walk to the centre of Worthing and 10 mins walk to West Worthing Station.
The room is a 'small double'. It sports amazing views over Worthing + the sea, high ceiling, a large cupboard, a double bed... although there's not room for much else. Sorry, couldnt make the photos work the right way round!
The rest of the apartment is super-clean, spacious, airy and comfortably decorated (I haven't lived here long so haven't really got it how I want it... yet!) . Tenant would have access to the big kitchen, comfy living room & bathroom.
All bills are included in the rent amount. This includes: utilities, high speed internet / wifi, TV license & council tax.
I am a 44 years young designer in the fashion industry. Currently I live alone except for my 2 staffy cross doggies. The candidate for this rental must love dogs & be relaxed around them as all dogs can be sensitive. They are super-well behaved, short haired & rarely bark.
I am looking for someone light hearted & easy going with a good sense of humour to share my space with. Non smoking & tidy please. I work at home so plse note I'm there A LOT which may not suit some folks.
