Condo in California Modesto for $600 per month

I am looking for a roommate to move in before the end of the March. The condo is super nice, granite countertops, wood flooring, new appliances, clubhouse, pool, gym, private bathroom, tons of storage. I am looking for a full time, male, straight, around the age of 23. The rent is 600 bucks a month. Just looking for someone who is clean and cool really.
