Condo in Selangor Tropicana for RM650 per month

A fully furnished small room with attached bathroom with AC & heater.
A two door wardrobe single bed and a small table.

There is wifi, carpark can be rented.

The other tenant and I travel mostly for work and barely around. Therefore the house will be at your own expense most of the time hence make it a home of your own and take care of it as one.
The medium room rented by a girl as well. I expect the house to be kept clean at all times.


Only house rules are common sense and cleanliness ;)
