Cottage in Cornwall Falmouth for £500 per month

I have a traditional Cornish Cottage on the outskirts of Constantine , about 5 miles from Falmouth. I am offering a large double bedroom and share of the cottage with one other person , which is myself. I am a practicing artist, so I am looking for a professional person or a mature student who will appreciate rural living . This is not central Falmouth ,obviously , so you will need transport. There are a couple of shops in the village, a newly re-opened pub and a good social club , with very reasonably priced food and drink.
