Unfortunately, I have to move out of my room, and I am looking for someone to take over my part in the lease.
The flat is in an amazing area (Stobswell) and it’s only a 15mins walk from Abertay University and about a 30mins walk from Dundee train station. There are also a lot of shops in the area (Lidl is about a 5mins walk) as well as a post office, takeaways, pharmacy, and doctor clinic. The bus stop is just outside the flat which is very convenient. There is also a park right behind the flat which is very nice for walks and other outdoor activities.
The flat is lovely, huge, and fully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, a fully fitted shared kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. There is also a shared garden and on-street parking is available.
The room itself is quite spacious. Has a double bed, two wardrobes (one is built in) and a desk with a chair.
Ideally looking for another open-minded, easy going student preferably between the ages 18-25.
