Family house in Staffordshire Stafford for £80 per month

We have a beautiful home in the North side of Stafford about 1 and 1/2 miles from the town centre and J14 of the M6. Also only a few mins walk to a the bus stop.
The rent is varying on what you would like, we have a three bedroom house but only rent 1 room full time so you will have a choice. We also have an upstairs bathroom and a down stairs wet room.
We are a very friendly and really helpful couple and we are looking for someone who is also friendly whilst wanting to remain private.
We are renting a room (TV in the room)with full use of the bathrooms and the kitchen.
We have no pets and do not allow smoking in side the house.
