House in Texas 78653 for $160 per week

I have a 1500 sq' house with a room for rent. The lease will be month to month but I will accept weekly or monthly payments. $160/week or $675/month all bills paid. Its a private room with a private bathroom and use of washer and dryer. There is a dog on the premises but no other animals are allowed. If a set lease is needed i.e. 3 months, 6 months it can be discussed at time of move in. There is a $150 non refundable cleaning/application fee as well as first months rent due upon move in. The house is located in Manor Tx, just 15 minutes away from Austin and Pflugerville.
