We have 2 rooms available in our recently renovated MAGICAL home in the Pacific Beach / La Jolla area on Van Nuys Ct.
We are a stone's throw away from Tourmaline Beach (15 minute walk). Our house has an indoor/outdoor flow with a wall of the house opening onto the bamboo pool and view deck. A fun Chef's kitchen inside and outdoor kitchen and bar. Many living spaces, inside and out. THIS HOUSE IS AMAZING!
We are a couple looking for aware, easy going roommates (females preferred). We work from home, so we are seeking roommates who work outside the home (normally when it's not Covid-19 time).
We do have an adorable allergen-free Bichon Frise, so you must love (or like a lot, or be cool with) dogs.
$1000 + expenses (we share expenses including house cleaner)
month to month with $500 deposit
