House in Kent Broadstairs for £350 per month

I am working abroad from September 2013 until June 2013 and will come home maybe in March 2014 for a visit but then home for good in June 2014. However that may change as I may continue to work abroad from September 2014. I am looking to rent out two bedroom to preferably 2 tenants who will be able to have use of the whole house while I am out of the country.
