I currently have 3 rooms available for either professionals or students to rent. Unlike a normal student house this property is fitted out with well above average furniture throughout. There are 3 toilets 1 of which is an en suite. A large family bath tub and washing facilities available to all. The property has 3 floors with plenty of personal space on each level. A large kitchen area with all appliances provided. There is a washing machine, dining area and living room for all to enjoy also. There is a garden and garage which will be an excellent place for bike storage if needs be. All rooms have double beds and blinds fitted. I am currently in the process of buying wardrobes and chests of draws. This is something i am happy to provide for the first people i have move in. Bills are not included in the price but i am more than happy to negotiate terms on a room to room basis. I cycle from the house to the uni in just under 7 minutes each morning. Walking you are looking at 20 minutes.
