I am looking for a non-smoking flatmate to share my 100 square meters apartment: fully furnished, spacious bedrooms, huge living room, cute balcony, big bathroom with separate shower and cozy kitchen with all appliances.
The vacant room has the essentials: king size bed, two nightstands, clothes rack, chest of drawers, access to a walk-in closet and plenty of space to add a desk, wardrobe, etc.
Wifi and water included in rent, free parking. Electricity/heating will be 50/50 according on the monthly consumption.
By contract, I am not allowed to accept, kids, couples or pets in the apartment. Sorry, one roommate only.
Lindevang Metro Station is 1 min away. (8 min to Centrum with M1/M2)1 Station away from Flintholm (S-tog H, C, F)
Bus 31, 34, 4A, 8A, 72, 71.
Attractive location close to everything (CBS, S-Train, Centrum, Shopping Mall, Movie theater.
About me: I'm a 31 year old Customer Support Manager for a financial company. Pretty laid-back, more interested in finding a good flatmate than a tenant for the room (hence the equal division of rent/rights/responsibilities over the apartment).
Movies, dinner, wine + privacy and quiet time when needed. The usual =) hoping for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extending the contract.
Rent for the 1st month will be proportional to the move in date - so the move in price might be lower. Preferred move in date: 2nd half of December.
Pre-paid rent covers the last month.
