This is a private well kept house in the sort after area of Petts Wood East, backing onto Willetts Recreation Grounds, only a short 10mins walk to local shops, restaurants, excellent mainline rail links into London 25/30 mins and numerous bus links.

The household consists of myself NHS worker and my husband and is a non smoking household. We our have our own private living-room. We are a friendly household and share family times our three non live-in daughters and two granddchildren when they visit.

We are looking for a female professional/student to rent the room on a flexible rental period.
