It is 20m2 wwith a restroom in, with vintage furniture, wardrobe, a 1,2m x 2m bed ,writing table ,air-con, fan -05 M VND (including air-con charge + water, not including the room service for the guest can do it himself . In case needed, the guest can -with or without the owner’s help- deal with a maid )

The bedroom has :

-view to & 40m to rivers and bridges
-40m to 2 parks (with physical exercise instruments)
-150m to the bus stops ( to Saigon bus station, Saigon central market ,to Lottemart and Sunrise buildings ,to Big C, to Phu My Hung in District 7.)
-a swimming pool & a common gymnasium on the 2nd floor
-a small mart in the apartment building

Usable area: a living room with :

-a balcony looking to the bridges and rivers
-a common kitchen ( only be used in emergency)+ a common fridge
-free wifi
-a TV set

Requirement:

-No smoking-no cooking in the room
-Receiving friend will be at the apartment building hall, not in the bedroom
-Keeping all tidy & clean
-Deposit 1-month rent This sum will be used to compensate all damages, if any. In case there is no damage, the deposit will become the rent of the last month ( so the guest is requested to inform his leaving at least 1 month in advance, otherwise, another monthly rent will be charged)
-Pay in advance the monthly rent
