Room in Washington Cheney for $500 per month

We are offering a room in a four bedroom house that located is right next to campus. There are currently two other renters (two female college students), and they each have a cat. Pets are allowed! You would have your own bathroom, and the bedroom is unfurnished. There is a shared kitchen, and living room space. You would need to sign a lease and a roommate contract, and the move-in date would be September 1, 2020. The rent is 500$ per month, with a 500$ deposit to start with + a pet deposit if applicable.
