Room in Tyne and Wear Newcastle for £144 per week

I am an exchange student that is leaving end of January looking for someone to take over my lease which lasts till the 15 July 2023. The room is an ensuite on the 6th floor with a shared kitchen in the middle of the city centre. Additionally, the roommates are all very clean and there is a good amount of storage space. The accommodation also has a cinema room and a small gym that can be used free of charge. All the bills are included within the price, including council tax band.
