Single room in Kent Ramsgate for £270 per 4 weeks

I am living in a Detached bungalow, with a drive for two cars if needed. It is in a quiet road, my home includes a kitchen, dining room, lounge, the two bedrooms, just the one bathroom and a back garden. I live with my one cat and I feel as a general it is a quiet home. This offer is for one person only as it is just a single room. I believe my home is clean and tidy and I am looking for somebody who is in full time work and prepared to follow me in looking after the home and keeping it in a respectful way.
