We have a large furnished room available in our family home in a very quiet area of Crowborough, a short walk from the railway station to London and bus services to Tunbridge Wells, Brighton, the Ashdown Forest and the locality.

It has a single bed in at this time but can easily fit a small double bed. There is one bathroom and a WC. The rent is £120/week, inclusive of internet (within reason), water, gas and electric bills, but no use of the landline. Facilities include:off road parking; fast wifi connection throught the house; dishwasher; washing machine; dryer; fabulous drench shower; fully equipped kitchen; comfortable living area with large smart TV, blue-rsy DVD - netflix, amazon etc.

We are a busy family - mother and two teenage children, with 3 cats and a dog. You will need to be considerate of this
