I have a room to rent in vincent, the house is a 10 min drive to the university and domain and stocklands shopping centres, 10 min walk to centrelink and multiple bus stops for public transport. the room is air conditioned with a queen size bed two sets of draws for clothing and a desk to use for anything, there is only one bathroom to the house hold though, there is a study that you may use as a study environment as well however internet comes at your own cost. must be friendly with animals as i own 1 placid male lab dog, other pets may be negotiated if needed, smokers are welcome, and no preferred gender or age. contact myself (elizabeth) on 0410933295 or my father darrin on 0409262616
