I am looking for a good size small double room in Christchurch/Mudeford in a house with the friendly landlord - ideally with a garden.
Price is negotiable: £450 - 600. Furnished/Part-furnished.
My current landlord is selling the house, so I need to find somewhere else.
I don't mind if the room is very basic as I only need a bed and a (built-in) wardrobe. I have my own chest of drawers and picking up any extra furniture is not a problem for me either.. I am happy to make the room cosy.
I don't need a TV or a desk in the room. I don't need access to the living room either as I am not much of a TV watcher myself. That way the landlord can also keep their own comfort and privacy.
I would really like to find a long-term place (a minimum of 1 year) if possible.
Perhaps Tuckton or Southbourne could also be considered..
I would like to live with someone who is nice, quiet, relaxed: employed, has a life , has his own friends, likes going out and enjoys many activities. I want to be the only lodger for various reasons.
I am friendly and polite, but I am an introvert and I tend to keep to my room a lot as I am a private person. I really enjoy a silent atmosphere.
Pets would be awesome! Looking for a place with a quiet, relaxed atmosphere where one can chill and study.
