Hey im Lance. Looking for a room. Looking to spend around 500 per month. I'm clean, respectful, have no criminal record and reliable financially. Looking for like minded roommates.I am a medical cannabis patient under ca prop 215. I only vaporize concentrates so little mess/odor. I don't party at my home or drink.I am working toward my goal of home ownership & need a place where I can focus on the future. Looking to move in the next 30 days & looking at about a year rental if alls well. I have nice things & am very organized.
