Double room in West Sussex Shoreham for £400 per month

Lovely sunny room in a happy 3-bed house share which is located in the beautiful village of steyning, 6 miles north of shoreham. The countryside is beautiful around here with easy access to the South Downs, Brighton, Worthing and trains from Shoreham to London take just over an hour. I am going away for 3 months from mid September to mid December and the room is available for all 3 months. The room contains a double bed, small sofa, small wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with large drawers. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower, small dining room/ lounge with open fire, fully equipped kitchen, an outside patio/garden and plenty of parking at the front and back of the house.
All bills are included and we have wi-fi
