A double bedroom to rent in a big and spacious house. 10 minute walk into town, very close to York st johns university.
Total cost of the property (including bills, rent, council tax) is £450 per month, this is very cheap considering the location.
All the beds do have a mattress

There is currently 2 males living there (a mature student (25 years old) and a professional (21 years old)
Singles are preferred as it becomes complicated when more than one person is wanting to the room.
Rent is £317 per month, however the total cost of the room per month is £450 (but this includes rent, bills, council tax ect)
