The house is a three bedroom detached with ample parking.
We are a female couple who are very easy going and tidy. We are both nurses and work shifts. We have 3 tiny dogs (chihuahuas) who are very friendly/ loving and well behaved. Whoever takes the room is not expected to be responsible for any care of the dogs.
You are welcome to decorate the bedroom to your liking- we don't mind.
£400 includes all the bills (except food) there is sky TV and wifi.
There is a separate dining room off the kitchen which we are in the middle of decorating- hence no pics.
We are looking for a professional female lodger over the age of 19.
