A Double room with existing Double Bed. Fitted Kitchen with shared Bathroom. Private off street parking. Would suit a white British Male or White British Couple. Would suit a clean-smoker as current property owner is a clean smoker. Property is 5 years old. Internet access included. The room is leased and is up for review every 3 months. All bills included. Current occupier likes music, Xbox and HTC Vive. No deposit but Two months payment up front so if tenant paid on the 23/11/2017 they would need to pay on the 23/01/2018. Payment by bank transfer only. We have a Cleaner and they come once every 2 weeks but normal clean rules apply.
