The cross streets are Burbank Blvd. & Manton Ave. right off the 101 FWY Exit on Woodlake Ave. off ramp just before the Valley Circle Blvd. off ramp. The house is a short 20-minutes drive to Hollywood, 25-minutes to the beach, and 30 minutes to the mountains.
I am willing to reduce or adjust monthly rental prices on the room for a quiet and clean, mature, trustworthy, easy-going tenant. I want to get along well with my roommates or why bother.
