Room in Washington Lake stevens for $675 per month

I have a room for rent in Lake Stevens. The house walking distance to Frontier Village, park n ride and Target. The utilities, cable and internet are included in the peice he will have a shared bathroom right outside your bedroom. For rhe most part it will be mainly you using it unless I rent out my awcond bedroom then would be sharing in that case I would drop the rent to $600 a month. I would prefer a female renter since I have my kid over a lot of the time. No smoking or drugs would be allowed. Must have a clean record.
